In case the transaction fails and money gets deducted, the refund will be processed and credited in 7-10 business days. This includes the duration the merchant takes to confirm the cancellation or failure of the transaction and for slice to subsequently process the refund.
In case you don’t receive the refund in this duration, please share the following details from your slice app with us:
1) Transaction ID
2) Amount
3) Date of Transaction
4) Screenshot or reference number of refund initiated from the merchant (if any)
