If the refund amount reaches us before your bill is generated on 31st of the month, we will adjust the amount in the bill. However, if the refund is received after 1st i.e. after the bill has been generated then you would have to repay the amount and the refund amount will be added to your credit limit in the next month which can be used on card transactions.
For example if your transaction amounting Rs. 2000 was cancelled and the merchant has issued a refund. Once the merchant processes the refund at their end it takes 5-7 working days for it to reflect in slice card. If this refund comes before 31st of the month then this will not be billed. But if refund comes after 31st then you will have to make the payment of Rs. 2000 in this month. And in next month's bill this Rs. 2000 will be added to your credit limit and you can shop for upto Rs. 2000 for which bill will not be generated in that month.
In case you still need clarity, please share the details of the transaction for which you have the refund issue and we will check. Kindly share below details-
1) Transaction ID
2) Amount
3) Date of Transaction
