If you are no longer availing the services provided by the merchant and want to cancel the mandate, it can be done in the following way:
> Go to ‘Profile’ section and click on UPI autopay
> Only mandates that are under the ‘live’ section can be canceled
> click on the mandate that needs to be canceled in the ‘live’ section
> On the ‘Mandates details’ screen, scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see an option to “Revoke mandate”
> If the CTA is not available, contact your merchant because slice has no control over this
> Enter UPI PIN to authorize the mandate cancellation.
Note: Once revoked, the mandate cannot be activated. If you’re unsure, then it might be safer to pause the mandate and unpause again.
