Checking account balance

How to check account balance?

1. Go to the ‘Accounts’ section 
2. Access the UPI Settings by tapping on the ‘Bank accounts’ card 
3. Select the account whose balance you want to check 
4. Click on “check balance” CTA 
5. Enter your UPI PIN

OR

1. Go to the ‘Accounts’ section 
2. Click on “check balance” CTA next to the account for which you want to check the balance 
3. Enter your UPI PIN

What happens if the account balance is incorrect? 

In case your account balance is incorrect, contact your bank for details.

Does slice have access to the bank account balance?

No. As per NPCI guidelines, your bank account balance cannot be stored or used for any marketing/commercial purposes.
