It is possible that due to a server/network related issue, your bank transfer order is pending but displays 'Accepted'. In such scenarios, we request you to wait for 60-90 minutes before you place a fresh order. Within this time, your order will either get confirmed or cancelled.
In case your order is confirmed and it's been more than 30 minutes but you still haven't received the money in your account, then we request you to please share your bank account statement by writing to us. We will check and get back to you with an update.
