In case you have lost your card, we request you to suspend your card immediately to ensure that the card is not misused. To suspend the card please login to the slice app and follow the steps below:
Tap on your on-screen card > go to settings (top right corner) > tap on suspend card > select a reason to suspend your card from the drop-down menu > confirm suspension
Verify your identity by entering your date of birth and your card will be suspended.
Once you have successfully suspended your card, write to us immediately so that we can assist you in blocking your card and help you with booking another.
