It could be because of any of the following possible reasons :
- UPI VPA holder's name does not match slice account name: In this case, please enter a VPA registered in your name.
- UPI VPA does not exist: Please create a new UPI.
- You are trying to add a UPI VPA which has been blacklisted by the slice risk team: Please try with another UPI VPA registered in your name.
- UPI VPA is already registered with another slice account holder - Please use a UPI VPA registered in your name. If you are using a UPI VPA that is registered in your name and are still not able to modify it, then please contact slice helpdesk.
Under Review case: Sometimes there is a mismatch between the name returned by UPI VPA and your registered name on slice. In such cases where there is any doubt, up to 24 hours could be taken to verify and approve or decline the addition of UPI VPA. You won't be able to add a new UPI VPA during this period. Please use a UPI VPA registered in your name only to avoid such cases.
