Since slice doesn’t know when a customer cancels their order with the merchant, we wait for the cancellation confirmation from the merchant. Usually, merchants send confirmation within 7 days, but it varies for different merchants. slice will refund the canceled transaction within 2 working days after receiving the confirmation.
Please be patient if your canceled transaction confirmation is not received by slice as there might be a delay from the merchant’s end.
Note: If the Cancelled order refund came after the amount has been billed and paid, refund amount will be add as "slice cash" in the slice account.
