Cancelled transactions will be shown during the billing period when cancellation confirmation was received from merchants. It might fall in the same billing cycle when the transaction was done, or it might fall in some later billing cycle.
Example - Customer X does a transaction on Flipkart using SlicePay card on 10th Feb. On 11th Feb, the customer cancels that order on Flipkart. Since SlicePay still doesn’t know whether the cancellation actually happened or not, we will wait for confirmation from Flipkart.
- If cancellation confirmation is received before 15th Feb, then cancelled transaction will be updated in the bill generated on 16th Feb.
- If cancellation confirmation is received after 15th Feb, then cancelled transaction will be updated in the bill generated on 16th March.
