Cancelled transactions will be shown in the passbook during the billing period when cancellation confirmation was received from merchants. It might fall in the same billing cycle when the transaction was done, or it might fall in some later billing cycle.
Example - Customer X does a transaction on Flipkart using slice card on 10th Feb. On 11th Feb, the customer cancels that order on Flipkart. Since slice still doesn’t know whether the cancellation actually happened or not, we will wait for confirmation from Flipkart. As soon as we get confirmation from Flipkart, the transaction will be reflected in the Passbook.
