Since SlicePay doesn’t know when a customer cancels their order with the merchant, we wait for the cancellation confirmation from merchants. Usually, merchants send confirmation within 7 days, but it varies for different merchants. SlicePay will refund the cancelled transaction within 2 working days after receiving the confirmation.
Bill is sliced automatically on 26th of every month with a default tenure, different for different users. It might be possible that cancellation confirmation is received after the bill is sliced for that period. In that case, too, don’t worry. SlicePay will try its best to revert the cancelled transaction and slice the bill again for you. Please try to pay the bill EMI before the 5th due date to avoid penalty charges. Once a refund is processed, a new order will be created for you - without the cancelled transaction.
