You can repay via IMPS/NEFT, UPI, netbanking and debit card on SlicePay. Most customers prefer repaying via UPI and IMPS/NEFT as these modes of repayment are free of cost.
If you want to repay via netbanking or debit card, a convenience fee will be charged in addition to the repayment amount.
Repayment via IMPS/NEFT - Once you select IMPS/NEFT option at the time of repayment, a bank account number (unique to you) will be shown. Add this account as a beneficiary by going to “Funds Transfer” and clicking on “Add Beneficiary” on the online banking solution of your bank. Mention the account number allotted to you, your full name, IFSC code allotted to you and add the beneficiary. This is a one-time process. After this, you can simply go to “Funds transfer” on your bank’s online banking solution whenever you want to repay and select this account. Repayments made via IMPS/NEFT will usually reflect on SlicePay Repayments page within 48 working hours.
Repayment via UPI - Once you select UPI option at the time of repayment, you will be promoted to enter your VPA. At this point, if you don’t have a VPA, you can download BHIM app and create your VPA (Virtual Payment Address). After entering your VPA, you will get a notification on BHIM app in your phone asking you to approve the transaction requested by SlicePay. Once you approve it and your repayment will be done. Repayments made via UPI will instantly reflect on SlicePay Repayments page.
If you don't have a UPI VPA you can learn more about creating one here -
NOTE - BHIM is not the only app that lets you create VPA and approve transactions. You can download other apps like PhonePe, Paytm, etc for the same purpose.
