The most common reasons for putting your profile/card on hold are:
- You are very late or have defaulted on your repayments.
- Suspicious activity on your account was noticed so your profile is put on hold and your card has been blocked.
If you have paid your current month due then we request you to wait for the next 7 working days for auto-consideration of your profile to be removed from on hold state.
PLEASE NOTE- The re-activation of your profile is subjected to the delayed period. If the delay in making the payment found more than the profile activation is not assured.
