To get a Credit Limit (which you would use to get products on a Payment Plan), Aadhar/PAN card in your name is compulsory. You can apply for Aadhar Card here, PAN here.
Foreign nationals are not eligible for SlicePay since they are won’t be having Aadhar/PAN card.
